Spiritual Intuitive Coaching

One hour of one-to-one in person coaching.

Where are you on your spiritual path and what do you desire to change/transform? With decades of spiritual work experience, each session is unique to you personally. Your session may include guided visualization, meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), chakra clearing, inner child work and/or hypnosis depending on your personal preference and need.

What to Expect from a Spiritual Intuitive Coaching Session

Every session is sacred, personalized, and constructed with intention. Here’s what the journey typically looks like:

1. Conversation

We begin with an open, heart-led dialogue. This is time to share your own story and what you've been through and where you want to go from here.

2. Guided Hypnosis/EFT/Clearing Work/Guided Imagery/Meditation/etc.

At times we do this work as we talk and other times, we do it after (hypnosis for example). Every session is unique to you and your situation.

3. Take Aways/Homework

If you plan on coming back for more sessions you will be given homework for the week/month (what to focus on), or we will go over take-aways from the session and how to integrate these things into your everyday life.

Cost: $60/session

Sessions are one hour, sometimes they go longer.
