How to Prepare for your QHHT Session

Possible Questions to Ask and What To Do in Preparation

Preparing for Your QHHT Session

A Loving Guide to Help You Receive the Most from This Sacred Experience

Your Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session is a deeply personal and beautiful journey — a time to connect with the wisdom of your Higher Self and receive the insights, clarity, and healing meant just for you. Here are some gentle suggestions to help you prepare:

Quiet the Mind
Spend a little time each day in stillness. Even just five or ten minutes of relaxed breathing or simple meditation can help quiet your mind and prepare your body to deeply relax during your session.

Set Your Intention
Begin saying to yourself: “I am connected to my Higher Self, and I open easily to receive its loving guidance.” This loving affirmation sets the tone and invites your subconscious to feel safe and supported.

Release Expectations
Every session is unique. Let go of the need to control or predict the experience. Trust that what comes forward will be exactly what your soul needs at this time.

Use Your Imagination
QHHT works beautifully through the imaginative and visual parts of the mind. Try practicing visualization by closing your eyes and imagining a place that makes you feel peaceful — the beach, a forest, or a glowing light. This opens your awareness and helps with the flow of your session.

Listen to Regressions or Guided Meditations
If you’ve never experienced a guided regression before, it may be helpful to listen to one or two recordings in the days before your session. This isn't required, but it can help you feel more comfortable with the process.

Prepare Your Questions
Think about what you’d like to ask your Higher Self. These can be life questions, health concerns, emotional patterns, or spiritual curiosities. Write them down. Try to keep your list to 5–15 questions, combining similar themes as much as possible.

Care for Your Body Gently
If you're a regular coffee or tea drinker, simply limit (don’t eliminate) caffeine on the day of your session so you can relax more easily. Eat a light, nourishing meal beforehand — you’ll want to feel comfortable, not hungry or overly full. I personally start my morning with a filling tropical oatmeal bowl with added chia and pumpkin seeds, as well as fresh tropical fruit. This gives me the nourishment and living energy I need for our session work together.

Give Yourself Space Afterward
Clear your schedule for the rest of the day if possible. Many people feel peaceful, reflective, and sometimes tired afterward. Your body and energy field may need time to integrate what has come through. Honor this time with rest, nature, journaling, or simply being. Integration continues to happen after the session has ended. Don't be surprised if even a few weeks after you're still feeling shifts and changes.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions involve accessing the subconscious / higher self to gain insights, healing, or answers to personal questions. The questions you ask during a QHHT session should be clear, specific, and meaningful to your life’s purpose, challenges, or curiosities. If you are having a hard time thinking up questions to ask, here's a guide of questions to ask for your QHHT session. These are grouped by common themes to help you formulate questions that resonate with your goals.

Tips for Crafting Questions

  • Be Specific: Vague questions (e.g., “What’s my future?”) may yield broad answers. Instead, ask about specific situations or goals (e.g., “What steps can I take to improve my career in the next year?”).

  • Focus on Empowerment: Frame questions to seek guidance or solutions (e.g., “How can I overcome…?” rather than “Why is this happening to me?”).

  • Prioritize the most important questions.

  • Write Them Down: Bring a written list to the session to stay focused and ensure you cover everything.

  • Open-Ended Questions: Questions starting with “what,” “how,” or “why” often elicit deeper responses from the subconscious.

Additional Considerations

  • Reflect on Intentions: Before the session, meditate or journal to clarify what you most want to explore or resolve.

  • Trust the Process: The subconscious may answer questions in unexpected ways or provide insights beyond what you asked, so remain open.
