One client. One session per day. No rushing.
Please allow 4–6 hours for your appointment
Every session is sacred, personalized, and guided by intention. Here’s what the journey typically looks like:
Part One: Approximately 2 hours.
Part Two: Often 1.5-2 hours
Part Three: Time after Hypnosis
Meaningful Conversation
The Hypnosis Journey
Debrief & Integration
We begin with a warm, open conversation about your life, experiences, and questions. This is your time to share what matters to you and explore what you’d like to understand more deeply.
Through guided relaxation, I invite you to explore your inner experience and allow whatever arises to unfold naturally. Hypnosis is a state of focused relaxation. It's that easy.
We return to conversation, reflect on your experience, and make space for any questions or insights you want to explore.
Part 1 — CONNECTION
A Meaningful Conversation (~2 hrs.)
We begin with a warm, open dialogue. You’ll have time to share your life story, your questions, and anything that’s on your heart. This isn’t therapy — it’s soul preparation. We will discuss what brought you in and what led you up to where you are today.
Please bring a list of questions or ideas for questions you'd like to ask your Higher Self - anything is welcome. You can also look on the page Prepare for QHHT for possibilities. Also know, you don’t need to arrive with a perfect list of questions or a complete understanding of what you hope to discover. Bring the things you’ve been wondering about. Bring the experiences and memories you want to understand. Bring the questions you’ve been carrying for years. Bring your curiosity.
We’ll spend time together before the hypnosis portion, talking about what brought you here and what you’d most like to explore.
The Conversation Is Part of the Journey
This conversation that takes place before the hypnosis is not preparation for the “real” experience. The conversation itself is deeply meaningful in its own right.
This is where you have time to talk about the experiences, questions, emotions, relationships, memories, and patterns that have brought you here.
Sometimes people share things they have never felt comfortable saying aloud. Sometimes they need someone to listen without judgment, without rushing them, and without trying to tell them what they should feel.
I listen.
There is something powerful about being genuinely heard and having your experience acknowledged. For some, this may be one of the first times they have felt that they could speak openly about certain parts of their lives and truly be listened to.
There can be insight, understanding, emotional release, and meaningful shifts during this conversation alone.
So while the hypnosis portion of a QHHT session can be extraordinary, don't underestimate the power of simply being heard.
QHHT can sometimes bring up deep emotions.
There may be moments of laughter, tears, surprise, recognition, or simply a quiet feeling that something meaningful has been touched.
Emotion can arise naturally as we talk, just as it can during the hypnosis portion of the session. You don't need to hold it back or apologize for it. We simply allow whatever is there to be part of the experience.
Part 2 — TRANSFORMATION
What Happens During Hypnosis?
Guided Hypnosis Journey (1.5–2 hrs.)
After our conversation, I will gently guide you into a deeply relaxed state.
You remain aware throughout the process. You will hear my voice, hear your surroundings, or become aware of your own thoughts.
The invitation is not to make your mind completely quiet.
Instead, allow your attention to become curious about whatever arises.
You might notice an image, a sensation, an emotion, a memory, a word, a thought, or simply a feeling of knowing.
You don't have to decide whether you are imagining it. You don't have to decide what it means.
Simply tell me what you notice, and we will explore it together.
I will gently guide you into a very safe and deep state of relaxation, where you may:
Access significant soul experiences
Visit realms of healing & connection
Communicate with your Higher Self
Receive clear, direct guidance on your life questions
Experience healing or energetic shifts
Allowing Yourself to Go Deeper
As you become increasingly relaxed, you simply follow along with my voice to settle further into the experience.
There is no particular depth you need to reach.
You won't feel unconscious, lose awareness of your surroundings, or necessarily experience anything dramatic.
QHHT is an exploration of your own consciousness, and each person's experience is different.
The less you try to make something happen, the more room there is to notice what is already happening.
Once you have entered the experience, we explore whatever has naturally arisen, whatever first pops into your mind.
This may include a past-life or other-life experience, a meaningful scene from your current life, or something entirely different or unexpected.
When appropriate, I will guide you toward connecting with what Dolores Cannon called the Subconscious — the deeper, wiser aspect of yourself that many people experience as their Higher Self.
Together, we may explore the questions you brought with you and any questions that naturally arise during the session.
I don't tell you what your Higher Self should say or what your experience means.
Your experience belongs to you.
My role is to ask questions, remain curious, help you explore what unfolds, and guide you into a state of focused attention and relaxation.
Ultimately, however, I cannot do the allowing for you. You are the one who must be willing to relax, allow your attention to become focused, and follow the experience as it unfolds.
Part 3 — ANCHORING
Reflection & Integration
Integration + Debriefing + Your Recording
After the hypnosis, we take our time coming back and talking about what you experienced.
You may remember everything clearly, or some parts may feel dreamlike or fleeting. We can talk through whatever you remember, revisit questions that came up, and simply give you space to process the experience before you leave.
You will receive a recording of the dialogue portion of your session to listen to afterward.
Sometimes hearing your own experience again from a little distance can bring new insights or allow you to notice something you didn't fully appreciate in the moment. You may hear a question, an answer, a feeling, or a piece of the conversation differently when you return to it later. The inner work continues as you gain new insights with each listening.
There is no need to force an interpretation.
Some experiences reveal their meaning immediately. Others unfold gradually.
Your Higher Self may continue to feel present in your dreams, your awareness, your body, and your daily life. Many people describe feeling more connected to this part of themselves after a QHHT session, along with a deeper sense of unconditional love and inner connection.
Every person comes to QHHT for different reasons, and every experience is unique.
People sometimes leave with:
Greater clarity about questions they have been carrying
A deeper connection with their intuition or inner wisdom
New perspectives on their life or relationships
A sense of peace or emotional release
Insights into recurring patterns or experiences
A greater sense of connection to themselves
New questions that invite further exploration
Sometimes an experience feels complete when the session ends. Often, its meaning continues to unfold as you reflect on it.
There is no single “right” outcome.
The value of the experience is ultimately yours to discover.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a beautiful and profound experience, but it’s not the right fit for everyone — and that’s okay. It’s important to come into this experience with openness, readiness, and a willingness to engage in your own healing journey.
QHHT tends to be a particularly good fit for people who:
Feel curious about consciousness, spirituality, or the deeper meaning of their lives
Are open to exploring their own inner experience
Are willing to follow an experience without needing to immediately explain or evaluate it
Can approach unexpected experiences with curiosity
Feel drawn to connecting with their own inner wisdom or Higher Self
Are willing to allow an experience to unfold rather than trying to make a particular outcome happen
You do not need to believe in any particular spiritual philosophy. You simply need to be open to exploring what your own experience may reveal.
A note about the analytical mind:
Many intelligent, thoughtful people have a very active analytical mind. There is nothing wrong with that, and yes they can experience QHHT.
The important question is whether you can allow that part of yourself to step back during the experience.
You may notice yourself wondering:
“Am I imagining this?”
“Is this really happening?”
“Am I doing this correctly?”
“What does this mean?”
“Am I really in hypnosis (or deep enough)?”
Those thoughts can arise naturally, especially if there is not much experience with quiet meditation or hypnosis. The challenge comes when you feel compelled to try and stop and analyze every impression or lack of impression rather than following the experience itself, or when you're so used to using your everyday thinking mind and find difficulty in allowing an experience to unfold as it wants.
QHHT works best when you are willing to experience first and evaluate later.
If you know that you have a strong tendency to question, analyze, or mentally monitor everything as it happens, have a diffiuclt time relaxing — and you don't know if you can set that tendency aside during the session, or feel you are "hard to hypnotize" — I am probably not be the right QHHT practitioner for you.
I have a busy mind myself. Quieting the mind takes practice, but it DOES COME with practice and patience. It is probably one of the reasons I have meditated and taught meditation for years. With meditation and hypnosis, we learn to quiet the busy mind and feel peace and calm. Both states begin with relaxed focused concentration. This is the first step to train yourself in - relaxed focused concentration. It's not questioning what comes up, it's just focusing on the experience and letting it all be okay, without judgment. Practicing meditation or guided hypnosis before booking a QHHT session can help you become familiar with the experience of what this feels like. You can also book a regular session with me to learn meditation or self-hypnosis so you can practice before you book a QHHT session with me or someone else.
I would much rather you know that before booking a QHHT than discover it during a four-to-six-hour session, after investment of time and money.
If, however, you can say, “I don't know what this is, but I'm willing to follow it and see where it goes,” you may find that QHHT is a wonderful experience.
Curiosity, openness and a willingness to explore is enough.
A Note About Medications & Mental Health
If you are currently taking psychotropic or other mind-altering medications or substances, please contact me before booking.
These medications or substances may affect your ability to enter or participate comfortably in a deeply relaxed hypnotic state.
If QHHT is not appropriate for you at this time, you can book an Intuitive Energy Session with me instead if you would still like to work with me.
QHHT cannot be performed if you have a severe mental illness.
QHHT is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. If you are currently working through serious mental health challenges, I recommend exploring more traditional support methods at this time.
There is nothing to “believe in”. You only need to be open, curious, and willing to explore what your own soul wants to show you.
