Spiritual Intuitive Coaching
One hour of one-to-one coaching.
Where are you on your spiritual path and what do you desire to change/transform in this life? With decades of spiritual work experience, each session is unique to you personally. Your session may include guided visualization, meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), inner child work, forgiveness work and/or hypnosis depending on your personal preference and need. In spiritual coaching, I use a combination of methods to help you with whatever you're currently experiencing. All my work has a spiritual foundation, based on our connection to Source, Love and Oneness.
What to Expect from a Spiritual Intuitive Coaching Session
Every session is sacred, personalized, and constructed with intention. When you first sit down, we begin with conversation, about you, your goals, where you are in your life journey and what changes you want to see. This is time to share your own story and where you want to go from here. This is not therapy it's listening, understanding and preparing. Next, we use one or more of the various modalities I practice. This could be guided imagery, hypnosis, meditation, EFT, clearing work, regression etc. Every session is unique to you and your personal situation. Finally, we will go over take-aways from your session and how to integrate these things into your everyday life. I always include practical things for you to concentrate on at home as well. This can include affirmations, self-hypnosis, self-healing techniques etc.

Sessions Offered:
Sessions are in my office in Englewood, Florida on Lemon Bay, or over the phone/FaceTime. For distance sessions, please have a quality headset with mic to use.
Cost: $60/session
Sessions are one hour, sometimes they go longer.

I have had a QHHT regression in the past. This one was very deep. Mel knew what questions to ask intuitively.
