This includes one hour dedicated to discussion (interview process) followed by one hour of relaxing energy healing work. We focus on the energy fields that arise during the initial hour to help release blockages in your mental, emotional, and subtle energy bodies, alongside a thorough chakra clearing.

A Quantum Healing Energy Session is a deeply supportive and transformative two-hour experience designed to gently help you release emotional and energetic blockages, reconnect with your inner self, and align with your highest good.
Each session begins with an open-hearted conversation—a sacred space for you to share what’s weighing on you: past traumas, emotional stress, unprocessed pain, or even spiritual questions. You’ll be fully heard without judgment, held in compassion and care.
From there, we move into the energy healing portion—a full hour of focused work while you rest on a comfortable massage table, fully clothed. Using white light energy and intuitive guidance, I gently work within your subtle energy bodies and chakras, helping to rebalance your energetic system, release stored emotional patterns, and create space for healing and renewal.
This is not just a session—it’s an energetic reset and reconnection with the truth of who you are.

Your upcoming Quantum Healing Energy Session is a beautiful opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself, release old patterns, and receive nurturing energetic support. Here are a few simple ways to prepare your body, mind, and spirit for this transformative experience:
1. Set an Intention
Take some quiet time before your session to reflect on what you’d like to receive or release. Is there a pattern, emotion, or memory you’re ready to let go of? Is there a part of you calling out for healing or clarity? You don’t need to have all the answers—just tuning in to your heart is enough.
Tip: You might jot down a few thoughts in a journal or silently set your intention the morning of your session.
2. Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your session. Energy work moves subtle frequencies through your body, and hydration helps you stay balanced and grounded.
3. Eat Lightly
A light, nourishing meal about 1–2 hours before your session is ideal. Avoid heavy, processed foods or caffeine, if possible, as they may interfere with your ability to relax and receive.
4. Dress Comfortably
Wear loose, comfortable clothing—something you can fully relax in while lying on the massage table. You’ll remain fully clothed during the session, but warmth and comfort matter. You’re welcome to bring cozy socks or a soft scarf if that helps you feel at ease.
5. Arrive with an Open Heart
Come as you are. There is no “right” way to show up for healing. This is a judgment-free space where you are held with compassion. You don’t need to be spiritually experienced or have everything figured out—your willingness to heal is more than enough.
6. Allow Time Afterwards
If possible, give yourself space after your session to rest, journal, or simply be quiet. Integration is an important part of the healing process, and your body and spirit will continue to process the work we do together.
